Additional course materials – Tape
Although the DVD package contains all the information you need to learn Buteyko, you may also wish to buy some paper tape. For this purpose, we recommend using 3M Micropore™ tape. You can find this tape at most chemists or buy it through the Buteyko Shop.

Additional course materials – Mineral supplements
During the first four weeks of the course, it is recommended that you temporarily supplement your diet with a basic mineral supplement. Mineral combinations such as Salubalance® or Floradix® are available at most health food shops or through the Buteyko Shop.
